Become a Member
Membership is open to individuals who work in or with higher education in the state of Arizona. There is currently NO fee associated with being a member.
Benefits of involvement in AWHE include:
- Invitation to the annual conference
- Option to apply for our annual mentorship program
- Connection to a network of diverse professional women from different types of institutions, functional areas,
and professional levels - Annual awards opportunities to celebrate and honor the successes and contributions of Arizona Women in Higher Education
AWHE strives to maintain a diverse membership that includes:
- Many institution types: community colleges, technical colleges, public, private, large, small, professional schools and more
- All functional areas within an institution
- Representation from all geographic regions and community types across Arizona
- Representation from all social identities including but not limited to race, ethnicity, class, gender, sexual orientation, ability, religion, etc.
