Attention AWHE Members!
If you are a Chapter Member, Engaged Member, or a Mentorship Program Participant, you are eligible for a conference registration discount.
You must log in to receive the discount!
Once logged in, attendees will automatically receive the best available registration rate based on their membership level and eligibility. Early Bird pricing may be combined with an eligible membership discount; however, other discounts cannot be combined or stacked. When more than one discount applies, the registration rate offering the greatest savings will be used.
Registration Policies
All registrations must be paid in full prior to Friday, March 19th, 2027. Please email awhe@awhe.org if you need to pay offline via check. If you selected the option when registering to pay offline previously (ex – mailing a check) you will not be included in conference planning numbers until checks are received. Checks must be received by Friday March 19th, 2027 for your registration to be valid to attend the event.
Substitutions within the same institution are accepted at no additional fee until Wednesday, March 24th, 2027. Please email awhe@awhe.org for substitution support.
Cancellation Policies
If your plans change after you register and you are no longer able to attend, please email awhe@awhe.org for cancellations. Cancellations received:
- Through Monday February 8, 2027 will be processed as a 100% refund
- From February 9, 2027 through March 22, 2027, a 50% refund will be provided
- After March 23, 2027 AWHE will be unable to refund any registration payments for the conference. Substitutions within the same institution are accepted at no additional fee until Wednesday March 24, 2027. Please email awhe@awhe.org for substitution support.
No-Shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-Shows are not eligible for a refund.
