We are excited to announce that the AWHE 2023 Conference, Ladders to Leadership: Open Doors, Mentor, and Lift, will be held in person this year, April 19-21, 2023, at the beautiful WeKoPa Resort in Fort McDowell, AZ. In addition to our full in person program, we are also offering a limited virtual program for a reduced registration cost. Hotel Accommodations
The 2023 conference will be held at the beautiful WeKoPa Resort in Fort McDowell, AZ. The Conference room rate is $189. This includes free valet parking, free wifi, $10 credit at the Casino, and 10% off Amethyst Spa services! The discounted rate noted is available until 3/15/23 or until rooms sell out. As of 2/15/23, rooms at WeKoPa are close to being fully booked and may be sold out.
Register for the Conference
Conference registration is $349 for the in person conference and $179 for the virtual conference. Online registration for in-person tickets conference closed Friday, March 31st at 8:00pm, Arizona time. Some in-person spots may still be available. If you are interested in purchasing an in-person ticket, please email awhe@awhe.org.
Virtual tickets are still on sale until Monday, April 17, 2023 at 8:00pm.
In person registration includes the following: breakfast Thursday and Friday, lunch Thursday and Friday, Networking reception Thursday evening (including small appetizers). If you have already registered as a member with AWHE or if you attended the conference last year, please be sure to log in prior to purchasing your ticket.
Offline Payment
Please email awhe@awhe.org if you need to pay offline.
If you selected the option when registering to pay offline previously(ie – mailing a check) the check must be received by Friday, March 24, 2023 for your registration to be valid to attend the event.
Cancellation Policy
Should you register to attend and your plans change, please note the deadlines for cancellation below:
– 100% refund if cancelled by 2/1/23
– 50% refund if cancelled by 3/1/23
– No refunds will be able to be provided after 3/1/23
NOTE: Discounts for IRs, etc, will be applied automatically only when you are logged in!
