Our free Connect Membership is available to individuals who work in higher education across the state of Arizona. You can also choose to upgrade to an Engaged Individual Membership, which offers added benefits such as event discounts, priority status, and voting eligibility. Institutions can purchase a chapter membership (price based on institution size), which provides unlimited memberships for all who work or are graduate students at the Engaged level membership, with additional benefits.

Chapter Membership Expectations
- Support the engagement, dedication, and advancement of women in higher education
- Have up to two Institutional Representatives in AWHE
- Promote AWHE opportunities to members of their chapter: workshops, awards, mentorship program, and annual conference
- Hold a minimum of one AWHE chapter meeting per semester at the chapter institution
- Encourage chapter members to attend the annual conference
- Meet once or twice a year with other state chapters to share best practices or collaborate on efforts
