If you are a chapter member, you are eligible for a conference registration discount.
- To receive your discount enter your Chapter Discount Code when prompted during the registration process.
- Do not complete your registration without entering the code—otherwise, the chapter discount will not apply.

Registration Policies
All registrations must be paid in full prior to Monday, March 30th, 2026. Please email awhe@awhe.org if you need to pay offline via check. If you selected the option when registering to pay offline previously (ex – mailing a check) you will not be included in conference planning numbers until checks are received. Checks must be received by Monday, March 30th, 2026 for your registration to be valid to attend the event.
Substitutions within the same institution are accepted at no additional fee until Monday, March 30th, 2026. Please email awhe@awhe.org for substitution support.
Cancellation Policies
Should you register to attend and your plans change, please email awhe@awhe.org for cancellations. Cancellations received:
- Through February 20, 2026, will be processed as a 100% refund
From February 21st, 2026 through March 31st, 2026, a 50% refund will be provided- After April 1st, 2026, AWHE will be unable to refund any registration payments for the conference. Substitutions within the same institution are accepted at no additional fee until Monday, April 13, 2026. Please email awhe@awhe.org for substitution support.
No-Shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-Shows are not eligible for a refund.
