2025 Conference Workshop Information
Conference Workshops will be 50-minute presentations relating to this year’s conference theme “Threads of Belonging: Weaving Community Through Human Interaction”. Proposals are now closed for the 2025 conference! | invited presenters will be notified via email by early November.
Hotel Accommodations
The 2025 conference will be held at the beautiful Prescott Resort & Conference Center in Prescott, AZ. To reserve your room under the AWHE room discount ($139-$159), please call 1-855-957-4637 and identify yourself as an Arizona Women in Higher Education conference attendee.
Ticketing
In person tickets include a breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Thursday – breakfast and lunch on Friday.

Registration Policies
All registrations must be paid in full prior to Monday, March 17th, 2025. Please email awhe@awhe.org if you need to pay offline via check. If you selected the option when registering to pay offline previously (ex – mailing a check) you will not be included in conference planning numbers until checks are received. Checks must be received by Monday, March 17th, 2025 for your registration to be valid to attend the event.
Substitutions within the same institution are accepted at no additional fee until Monday, March 17th, 2025. Please email awhe@awhe.org for substitution support.
Cancellation Policies
Should you register to attend and your plans change, please email awhe@awhe.org for cancellations. Cancellations received:
- Through February 3rd, 2025, will be processed as a 100% refund
From February 3rd, 2025 through February 28th, 2025, a 50% refund will be provided- After March 1st, 2025, AWHE will be unable to refund any registration payments for the conference. Substitutions within the same institution are accepted at no additional fee until Monday, March 17th, 2025. Please email awhe@awhe.org for substitution support.
No-Shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-Shows are not eligible for a refund.
